The new essences are good for crits meta wayyyy down the line, this is the only time they will be on rate up so if you want them specifically now is the time. For example, Victor of the Moon is Jalters best CE besides Joint Recital, hands down.

Tickets. Then either save them for next months tickets, save them for future CEs that will appear in the shop, or spend them on Fous. The priority should always be tickets>CE>Fous.

Never spend them on EXP. You get plenty free from events and login rewards. If you need them immediately, you can get 8-9 golds from a single run through the 40 AP daily. The bonus EXP from ALL doesn't matter that much in the long run. It'll save you a couple dozen cards if you're leveling the servant all the way to 90, but that's it.

By the way, do you know the method to farming prisms?
