That's the sad thing. People call out rapid shot, the healers just don't reach fast enough sometimes so we lose people. And people get so low at times that twilight glaive can kill the one targeted. In a group with ideal healers, people get topped off after predicted raidwide damage hits and the one targeted by mechanics get focus heals. Unfortunately our healers aren't that good. We've all been friends for 3 years so I'm hoping we all improve on it with more pulls. Even the guy who always goes full parse mode all the time decided to put on a prydaz since it's that bad.

The holy pally in the raid who's usually quickest to react was sick last raid night so I'm hoping he's feeling better next week and that might make the difference.

I feel like playing again. Any server and class recommendations?

I unironically love M+ whether I'm doing it with the same group of guildmates and fucking around on voice chat or pugging and seeing what shit happens. My friends list is filled with people I've ran with who wanted to add me and quite a bit of them stayed in contact. In a weird way, it's a nice place to socialize because if you're good at it, people tend to get along with you and stay in contact leading to repeat runs and getting to know each other.

Given a few improvements like instance balancing so that the different instances are as enticing to run as each other (fucking lower kara on some affixes is cancer), I'd really like for it to stay. Their decision to make the keys reusable was good too and despite initial complaints of removing the 3 chest system, people realized that farming high enough keys gives more consistent loot.
