Take a walk while you do some dailies. Unless you're just starting out, they game will not pose a challenge that deserves attention and you can keep an eye out for where you're going, get some exercise, and trick the desire sensor by placing your attention elsewhere, all with time you were going to spend playing FGO anyway.

I got lucky and was able to initiate the FP trick using only the free FP summon and a single FP summon. I used a single ticket, but got a shitty 3* CE and was about to lose my faith when I remembered that the trick only works for quartz. Silly me, but at least I'll remember from now on.
