Something fun and interesting. I don't want something that sticks to literally just game characters because it feels like it'd get boring and stale after a few years, and I definitely don't want something that writes the characters at Pontaff one-note levels.

I like seeing what hijinks other characters aside from the primary cast get up to in the background of the main plot. It's more interesting to me than the main plot itself.
Though a Universe style comic might not work without the main comic to give it context.

>Very simplistic writing (Pontaff)

>Very large amount of bad OCs I can't even care about (Penders)
>Very adorable waifu OCs which unfortunately weren't written very well and took up too much screentime (Bollers)

Otherwise it's free game, they can keep the FFs or discard them, I like them but they're not necessary. It's whatever, I just want a good comic.

Honestly, something like post-reboot Archie Sonic. A nice, new Mobius (or is that an Archie term?) with new, interesting characters. It sucks the post-reboot world was kill JUST after establishing itself.

I'd LOVE for the Freedom Fighters to return, but I don't want to get my hopes too high.

I want the FF back (because IDW makes merchandise of their shit, so we might actually see FF statues or something). But apart from that I'd just like fun stories with continuity and hopefully more than one title.

IDW TMNT for example has a bunch of one shot issues, crossovers (that take place outside the main book) and side titles. I really hope Sonic gets that treatment. it'd be nice to have STH and Boom running, with Sonic being more storyline focused and Boom being comedy. And maybe a third title like Universe.

I'm really excited to see who IDW brings back though, I can't wait ONE WEEK TO GO~!

Personally, I want a completely new experience that is different from the cartoon and Archie settings. While a part of me would be sad to see the FFs go, I think they had a great run and I'd like to see how a non-comedy Sonic comic would be without them.
