Put your favorite playlist(s) to play. Do quests if it's your first character, resist the urge to rush lvling up in instanced dungeons.

If you're leveling a new character or you don't like doing quests, kill 500 Hanamings to acquire the black hair. Go straight to Guards Graveryard (in Tenet Garden). When the EXP is not good enough, go to Carlyle's Mausoleum (in Absenta Reservoir you'll find the entrance to Sienakal Graveyard, it's the next floor). Grind in one of these maps until you're lvl 80 then go Zachariel Crossroads or Bellai Rainforest and do your 3 runs in the DG80 (don't do your third run if you get lvl 100). Go back to Klaipeda when you're lvl 100+ and try queueing up for Mercenary Post Mission (choose Siauliai Mission). If there's no one in the queue, use your Megaphones to find someone to use the Match 2 to 4 function (it's the same bonus EXP from a full matched party even if the character window says otherwise). If you haven't spend your 3rd dungeon run yet, you should probably be able to enter the DG110 (Fedimian Suburbs). After that, go grind in Mage Tower 5F or in one of the Hunting Grounds.

You must've already got the hang of it now. When grinding in field maps, always go to the dungeon-type ones. The next good ones (even if you're a solo player) besides the Hunting Grounds are Roxona Reconstruction Agency West and East, Evacuation Residential District, Kalejimas Prison floors (Storage if you have trouble against archer mobs or Workshop if you don't), Timerys Temple and Alembique Cave.

Can I be a good players and play with a controller ?

It's good for Swordie and Cleric classes, but "eh" for Wizards and "wtf are you doing nigger" for Archers.

Terrible advice.
Best way to level up at low levels is grinding at Nevellet Quarry 2F.
Just to compare the 2, Pawndel there give 1264 exp while Green Slime in Carlyle's Mausoleum give 302, more than 4 times less exp.

Yeah, but you'll start getting less EXP due to level difference penalty before reaching lvl 80. Anyway, if you plan to grind at Carlyle's Mausoeum, you can start at Nevellet Quarry 1F and 2F instead of Guards Graveyard. If you grind at Klaipeda's side, then you can achieve lvl 80 in Royal Mausoleum 2F for example. Maybe you'll drop a Topaz if you're lucky.

Hair color achievement. There are a few hair colors that you can obtain for free from achievements (black, white, blue and pink).

Just do them if you want to know the game's lore.
Some Orange ones give 3 stats points though, so try to do them.

If you can get your lvls from dungeon or maybe good map grind.. just dont.
