So I tried this build in Arena. I was running Luna first but I decided to switch for Moonbow. Since my Bike has Infantry Pulse, Moonbow is ready at the start of each battles.

I ran some calc using the mass simulator :
PA Olivia...

With Lancina's buffs(or Rally/Spur ATK) and Moonbow, Olivia is of course more dangerous :

So yeah, infantry units aren't a problem with this build, it's pretty funny to OS Ike/Lancina/Ryoma. And when she can't win a battle, she can dance.
I didn't use Desperation the whole run tho. Hope I can find another Cain soon.

You can run a mass simulation with general effects (like DEF+ IV for every units, Fury for all characters etc...) or run Duels with the build of your choice

I have a +Atk P.Olivia and was thinking of a similar build. Glad to see that the results are worth it even if she doesn't have Kagero's high attack. Only things I might change around are the B and C skills since you noted that Desperation was barely used. Maybe I can make her more support oriented with say Blaze Dance and Breath of Life.
