There is no cap for every faction retard. FWC just gives you loot after the softcap of 30. The other two factions still give you shaders and count towards overall level passed lvl 30.

Use 30 seconds as your window unless you know the exact time for plates i don't off the top of my head.
Minus the time for reloads and swaps from your time limit.
