The only reliable way to hit is if I'm less than about 12km from my target, apparently. And even then, that's no guarantee. I had a whole salvo of six shells miss a cruiser 6 km away from me, shells went both above the ship and in the water between it and me.

Of course it's gonna get better. All low tier battleships have really shitty dispersion, the main difference is that Myogi only gets 6 shells per slavo whereas all others get like 10. Try firing your guns individually on other tier 4 battlships and you'll see they also have the same horrible dispersion.

They generally have teh same dispersion circle at 14 or 16 km that higher tier BBs have at 20 or 22 km.

Because higher tier BB have access to -7%/11% dispersion module. That's it.

You know there's a flag to reduce service cost, right? Not the +10% to credit income, -20% to service cost.
I mention because actually a bunch of people still have no idea about the service cost, and that there isn't actually a repair cost based on HP lost, and use it as an excuse for things because they think damage taken affects how much credits they have to spend.

This, as planes improved they also got a lot heavier, so studier and more powerful catapults were needed to launch them. This is why they gave up on turret catapult, by WWII they had become too bulky for that.
