Sharena fucking struggles almost entirely becaus of her lack of IVs imo, other than hr not-so-great stat distribution. I guess you could try something like Nephenee's build?

Bridal Charlotte looks pretty strong I bet you could somehow make a fun meme build if you got lucky and rolled a +Def/-Res one.

Brave Lucina looks okay and a decent support unit I guess.

Nphenee's a funny unit for funny people. QP, Wrath, and Luna are fucking great on her, then again I rolled a + Def/-Spd Neph. I like this one. She can even be an Enemy Phase unit if you're a good strategist.
