What's better for a Chromatic Blade 100% status build? Life Strike, or Healing Return?
I'm thinking of Healing Return because it would be guaranteed, and it would probably proc often with the Exalted Blade energy waves (assuming they count). And it doesn't cost any energy.
But the problems are Healing Return only heals 11 per hit instead of Life Strike's 20%, and it won't heal anything at all if I one-shot things with Exalted Blade.
Thoughts?
It sounds stupid, is barely tangentially related to the frame, and multiple (more supported) suggestions sounded much better

"gara" is taken from "garasu"(straight from the forum post, not taking shit out of context), which is Engrish for glass spoken in a japanese accent.
They then cut it down to just "gara"... which means
