A bug relating to the dynamic protection mechanics of angled-shots striking armour has been fixed. Previously, the angle at which a round would strike armour would not correctly have an effect on the damage dealt. Now the maximum protection possible is attainable with an armour thickness of 370-400mm and when a round strikes at 60 degrees. Striking the armour at geometrical ‘normal’ will result in an equivalent protection of about 100 mm.

Shells coming at modest to extreme angles will now accurately interact with ERA plates.

Apparently from this bug it sounds like ERA plates were absorbing shells they shouldn't.

Getting really fucking tired of this game now. No matter how many upgrades or the points i put into vitality, enemies just one shot me the second i get to a battle. I try my best to outmaneuver, they either shoot my wing and get a critical straigtt away or "Pilot was hit". It's stupid and not fun. If I understood why it was happening things would be different. I hate this game

One time I got chased by 2 jap planes, they did score some shots on me but when I crashed noone got credited for killing me. Shit's weird, but I had a biggest shit-eating grin on my face ever
