To compensate for revamped runes/masteries. Seems like mages are getting hp per level, tanks/bruisers/adcs getting 9 armor, and many ad champs got tiny buffs to their base damage on abilities because lack of bonus ad.

I really wish they'd stop using the Chinese splashes.

Headhunter in general was meant to be a predator reference. After Rengar/Yi it stopped being Headhunter and started being discount PROJECT. Now we really dont have anywhere to go with it, even assassins like Zed/Camille don't seem to benefit from the Head-hunter line.

I don't hate the skin-line but I'll be damned if Riot somehow made it the least interesting line in recent memory.

Passive 1: IRON MAN
Mordekaiser's secondary bar ranges from White to Black according to his current HP. Colours change after 2 seconds of reaching the HP threshold.
White (100-50%): +tenacity, decreased self-healing.
Grey (50-25%): +slow resistence, increased self-healing.
Black (25-0%): heavily impaired movement speed, drastically increased self-healing.

PASSIVE 2: POWERSLAVE
Upon taking fatal damage, Mordekaiser enters stasis for X seconds and becomes immune to all sources of healing other than himself. (60/40/20s cooldown)

Q: MACE OF SPADES
Mordekaiser's next 3 basic attacks damage all enemies in an area in front of him, dealing extra physical damage and applying Metal marks to all units in the area. The third deals a massive amount of the target's maximum health as physical damage and "Magnetizes" all enemies hit.

W: WALK
Mordekaiser surrounds himself in metal shards, dealing magic damage over time to enemies around him and applying a Metal mark to nearby large and epic neutral monsters and ally and enemy champions every second. While this skill is active, Mordekaiser gains movement speed when moving towards "Magnetized" champions and monsters.
Units with 5 Metal marks become "Magnetized".

THE PUNISHMENT DUE
Mordekaiser creates a Mosh Pit in a large area around him (similar to Trundle's W). Enemies inside the Mosh lose 1/2/3% of their maximum health as true damage and receive a Metal mark every second. The Mosh Pit disappears if there are no enemy champions or epic monsters inside of it.

MASTER OF PUPPETS
"Magnetized" units that die inside the Mosh pit return as Revenants after 2 seconds and attack the nearest enemy units (prioritizing "Magnetized" enemy champions inside the Mosh pit). Revenants do not apply on-hit effects and Mordekaiser is healed for a percentage of the damage dealt by Revenants. Enemies hit by Mordekaiser's Revenants receive a Metal mark (0 for minions, 2 for drake). Revenants spawn at 75% health and have a small portion of their maximum health drained every second. This is drastically increased if the Revenants are outside the Mosh Pit (except for Revenant Drakes).

DRAGONFORCE
If a Drake dies inside the Mosh Pit, Mordekaiser can control its movement and attacks by recasting this ability.
