You need 35 points of ISS to throw two splat bombs, but if you use octobrush then go for another ISS sub since you need 47p in that case.

To be clear, we don't know if splatoon will be fetured at the event in any capacity. However, announcements at NWC are a tradition, and splatoon 1 was at the last one. My belief is that if no big update is announced at NWC, there won't be one till christmas. They could announce a christmas update at NWC, but the mythical OCTOber update dies if we don't here word of it then.
