Loki is shit. Chimerashift is best shift. It's basically regular shift with flame destroyers replaced by 2x g chimera and 3x normal chimera.

Don't do it. It sucks. There's always some tier 0 or high tier 1 deck that holds it back 90% of the time. Then there's Dshift.

I mean I wouldn't complain much if PDK is not unbeatable as of now. It is definitely possible to get a win out of sword if you go first, but PDK is just impossible. Just make it a 5/1 or something.

Why do people complain about roundtable at all? It's never played as more than one copy and bricks in long games. It's not even that much stronger than all of the other 5drops sword gets.

What makes PDK so strong?

NEET Angel on 4 and Double Juliet on turn 5 is a bit too much smorc even for sword.
Double Juliet on her own isn't that strong. Old dirt man still clears it for 3 pp total.

It's ramp that can fight for board while keeping the only useful part of ramp's top curve AKA the stormshit and sybil with the occasional baha.

While it is a one or two of in most GM Aggro Sword lists I've seen, it pushes out 8 damage on turn 5 because of Ephemera. The main problem here is Juliet, but the fact that Round Table is also literally 6 PP worth of cards for 5 PP is also questionable.

They started running more pieces from old ramp

Board Flood and board clear all in one. It's prenerf Eachtar all over again.
Instead of necromancy, dragon pays their hand size for it. Which is not a problem with dragon summoners, ivory dragons and 5 pp draw heal ramp.
PDK's body is too huge for a 3 pp that must be removed. Even if you use Themis/Revelation you still wasted your turn while Forte and Genesis Dragon finish you off.

3PP 1/5 can't be attacked -> Have to use hard removal
any 3PP or below becomes Piercing Rune with body.

The main problem is Ephemera. Don't do the mistake of Eachtar and Alice, where everyone else tanking the nerf but in the end they had to nerf those two cards anyway.

It has a high chance to brick though, sometimes only fetching 1 copy of Juliet maybe even zero. It's just a highroll effect in the same vain as Daria or Lion but not even close to being as impactful.

Why would you run any 3PP commander than Juliet? Your goal is to get lethal before turn 7. Just quit and go next if you cannot win anymore.

I don't think so. Ephemera is utterly useless going second and a huge tempo loss if you get your board cleared going first, it's not an autodrop in all situations like Alice.

Playing any of the other 3pp followers just feels wrong. None of them go face in a deck that really doesn't care about doing anything else. Every time you draw that 1 of something else you are suddenly locked into fighting for board or it's just a dead card. Even if you manage to gain full control, if your board gets wiped once you've basically lost that game.

It controls the board while burning and not expending EP. The wide board that activates it, ensures most of the time you will be chipping. This works well with dragon's early pressure curve, its tutors allowing it to storm 3/4 of the opponents health, then finish up with pdk burns. In addition, if the opponent tries to face race, it simply feeds back into aina's devastating damage.

What dorothy crew? It's literally old dshift just with 2 g chimeras instead of flame destroyer. If you're talking about the silver chimera, WLD dshift already ran 2x or 3x silver chimera in their decks. It literally has the same shift timing, just that you can end with g chimera.
