What's the verdict on Misery 2.2?

Gun disassembly is useful for transporting loot and fixing guns you like, armor dismantling is pointless.
Tents are shit.
Artifacts are more valuable in price but still pretty bad for use.
A few new and cool guns have been added so that's nice.
Skinning mutants requires sharpened tools or a knife, which makes sense and adds a little to micromanagement.
Apart from that, there's not really a lot of significant change I noticed.

If MDT focused more on rebalancing fine shit instead of bloating the mod with more features, they would get so much more praise and good feedback, even from this thread.
Buff artifacts, change prices to make a good chunk of items more viable, maybe add a thirst meter to give use to water and alcohol that's at this point directly inferior to hard food for calories and to ukrainian water for cheap rad clearing.

Was playing SoC with AMK and i raided the cordon military base to the south to get some guns.
The military documents there, are they part of the base game or AMK cause i cant find anything on the wiki, and whatever it is, where do i use it?

I need some help.

Just started shadow of chernobyl, I think I'll grealty enjoy this BUT I have a stealth problem. Whenever I sneak and quicksave and then load with a gun equipped, the game automatically "re-equips" the gun upon loading, producing noise and alerting every enemy in the area and I can't do anything about it.

Is there any way to mitigate/fix this? Some mod? Thanks.

Only retards use a wiki for any game.

It's not strictly a stealth problem per se, I think it's more of an engine problem that forces the character to re-equip upon loading the assets, but it doesn't cancel out the noise as it should.

Is there nothing to be done about this? This is a pretty big problem considering the modding community and support this game's got. There's not much of any solutions on the rest of the internet either. I was just hoping the stalker fanatics on /v/ knew of something.

I use the wiki if im playing something like terraria as there is a metric shit tonn of items in that game, or should i just figure out how to get the 1000+ items,

Nice enough summary, if I'm allowed to add to this, either Degty suddenly has fuckuhueg hitboxes or the NPCs all have ultra rare dissapear-on-death artifacts that project a forcefield so you can't get close.

As weird as it sounds after experiments I'm pretty sure it is the latter.

I've currently just turned off the Brainscorcher and I have to head to Chernobyl, any tips for Pripyat? In terms of what to bring, watch out for? Decided to head there straight after Red Forest, the expert loners that were to escort me died almost four feet into Pripyat because of cunts on the buildings.

Guys I got an issue with CoC. I'm playing 1.4.22 with weapon goulash, itemsoup and outfit addon (which all worked flawlessly in my previous runs). But this time I decided to play as Freedom and now there are no mechanics and both of the scientists bunkers are empty. What do?

just tried on my install, screw mech was at freedumb base, the other guy was in jupiter and the scientists were at their bunker in jupiter too.

Sleeping outside in a sleeping bag makes you hungrier than if you slept in a base and it also gives you rad poisoning.
With the NBC foil you can sleep with less rads.
I don't know what tents do exactly so I'm assuming from in-game text and official info that they protect you from these dangers more efficiently.
They probably intended for it to be some kinda external mini-base you can set up to rest and shit, but I personally never used it.
Might as well just suck up the tiredness until you reach a base and sleep there.
There is no tent item, you build it out of three fluff-items that used to be useless.
AFAIK the tent cannot be picked up again, but it can be broken, quite easily in fact, wasting all of your items you used to build it.

I'm definitely on 1.4.22. I've had multiple runs with this and never had the issue. Is there a way to spawn them in? I think I read it in the last thread but didn't take any notice of it.

I would just start a new game and see if it keep s happening. it shouldn't unless somethign else is fucked up.

Adding mil_smart_terrain_7_7_freedom_mechanic_stalker to your debug_spawner.ltx under [debug_spawner_npc_stalker] should let you spawn screw in. Can probably dig through the files for the rest of the npc's IDs

Is there a weapons mod that has more guns than goulash?
It really feels like it's not that many considering about 4 of them are viable against enemies with any semblance of armour and they're all the maximum damage ones, even on master difficulty

because stalkersoup is the first mod ive ever tried for stalker and i never got past the monolith control room yet and there is alot to do. i really like the new graphics and want to see what the cop maps look like and have to do.
