depends la. get mokuba to 35 for them ancient rules first, or alexis to 38 if you wanna play cyber angels. just look at what cards they have and which ones you want then go for them

There isnt much of an order for that, just see if any have good lv up cards, Alexis is good with many CA, but you only need lvl 38
