Give friend code. It's not good but it's not horrible considering Cloud will be your go to character for the first few weeks. You need to level him for his rare materia.

It's decent, since Cloud is good. You can't really hope for much out of that pull. Celes's BSB has an attack/mag boost, but since it lacks a party haste it's a little underpowered compared to similar soul breaks. Any kind of burst is good to have for a character, though.

Don't do newcomers under any circumstances. Do CT if you need a medica, since either Yshtola or Vanille are good. Otherwise, saving for a short while might be better.

Not that good of a CT draw, but at least Reynn's relic is a hastega. Refia's SSB is one common to monks, in terms of being a super soul break it relatively deals alright damage but is easily outclassed by burst and ultra breaks.

Beyond synergy is kind of rare. You can't hope for much good off of this pull, though.

It heals a ton, and has a bubble along with a character that gets a doublecast legend materia. Larsa has an astra instead, but no legend dive for quite a while. Vanille is just healing, but is instant instead.

He still gets a free burst. The actual pull is garbage for most people.

Honestly not terrible, but the ultra kind of weak as a heal, and since it's just stock it can't stack with mind. It could fit into a mage team though, since it stacks with about anything, assuming you could supplement the healing a bit with someone else.

100 gem rolls are the most efficient way to use those. They are mostly crap, and you get once chance per full price banner, but they can really pay off sometimes. You can also save them to pay for part of a full roll, but it's not as cost efficient.

That too, I haven't tried the new one yet and probably won't but my god it looks like such a clusterfuck every time I see it and I've seen a lot of hate towards the gameplay.

The only thing I can think of is that they were made that way on purpose since you wouldn't hear them the same way in an arcade setting. They sure are crap to listen to outside of that. They have made so many dumb decisions about the series that it's hard to worry about the music, though.

I like this one, though. Mostly since it doesn't ruin the original noise.

I tried grinding a bit for the Ring of Dominion.
It was the result of a combination of me almost reaching the cap for energy pots (190/199), having no more units with priority TMR to farm and getting excited over getting one of the Dominion ring materials while crafting one of the rings. I spend around 160 energy pots grinding the event.

In the end I crafted a little bit over 50 rings but didn't get any more materials, but I didn't spend lapis on refills either so I'm like pic related

I will say I don't think the entire soundtrack is terrible, just a majority of it. There's some good ones in there I go back to every now and then, like that and a few that aren't in this event (namely the Yu Yevon one and Altima, 2 songs I used to hate and then started to really like the remixes of), and I can see what you mean with the arcade mindset. Dissidia NT has it's own heath of problems to deal with aside from the OST, but it just sticks out here.
