If it was the skin for all "Dark" weapons, considering they are all just resized Dark Swords, it would be worth it. Mostly for Rakta Dark Dagger and Dark Split-Sword.
Speaking of Split-Sword, wasn't DE working on a Split-Sword stance a year ago? Guess they decided to just half-ass the current one that can just equip two different stance mods. Dual swords mode DSS is alright, though, and I got an excellent riven for it.

It's good on Vaykor Hek and Arca Plasmor. Technically good on Strun Wraith, but since you want 100% status on that particular example, you're starved for slots/more useful mods.
