Why didn't they make Outlaw/Third Eye/Glass Half Full/Firefly/Triple Tap, or whatever they call them in D2, mods and have empty mod slots on all guns? Do the same kind of thing with armor. Maybe have one random roll and one empty mod slot for something actually good and not just an element.

The yellow bar enemies are generally screenfilling in size, the aim assist sometimes even prevents me from looking away. I wish there was a way to disable the aim assist, especially for pvp.
