Depends on how you define fixed. Zaibas correctly hits all targets now without stutter, in fact it hits a little more than 3 times per second now. It's still the 82% damage per hit though. Krivis rebalancing changes are also on the way.

Yeah, it works perfectly now. However, it's still not very strong but people will want you for ET anyway since not many people like Taoist very much. Don't know enough about Taoist 2 vs. Zealot.

Since Dragoon is saved, Krivis is getting a neat rework, Paladin can now tank and Wugushi is at least useful for 100% uptime poison for Velnia Monkey bonus damage, let's talk about the worst class in the game at the moment: Scout! The class will also get reworked to give something that the Archer tree is still missing!

So there you go:

>Flare Shot: Duration (Scout circle 2)
Increases Flare Shot duration by 1 second per attribute level (max level: 5)!

>Assault Signal (Scout circle 2)
New skill that will replace Perspective Distortion! Signal your allies to attack the marked target, that will receive +3% damage per skill level from Missile Attacks for 10 seconds!

>Assault Signal: Ambush (Scout circle 3)
When Assault Signal is used while in Cloaking mode, the bonus damage from Assault Signal is further increased by 2% per attribute level (max level: 10)!

>Assault Signal: Fire at Will (Scout circle 3)
For the next 10 seconds, all Archer tree skills used by you and your allies will have their cooldown cut by half (max level: 1)!

>Split Arrow (Scout circle 3)
No more overheats and cooldowns! Instead, the Scout will become strained with a self-inflicting debuff called [Strain]. [Strain] stacks last 5 seconds (duration refreshed when you get more stacks). After 5 stacks, Split Arrow SP cost is increased by 5 your attack speed is reduced by 10 per stack (max stacks: 20, so +100 SP cost for Split Arrow and -150 attack speed)!

How is this even a thing? It's only useful for meme builds like chaplain maybe and even then they'll probably just use +holy damage cards instead.

Did you not see the videos? Almost 100% uptime on a 30% damage boost against bosses and it would carry over to densely packed monsters like in Earth Tower or hunting grounds as well. It worked fine with elememe and SR so basically any multi-hit build would work.

The chance to proc it is pretty good actually, you just need 7 hits to be above 50%, while you need 10 if you use just 2 Biteregina cards, leaving a slot free for GG.

Keep in mind that +30% final damage != +30% attack.
The second is more damage overall because it will punch through more defense.

Of course not. Character rank means how many class circles you can fit in your build and that won't be changed. The only thing that's being changed is that current endgame classes and the future classes will be available at character rank 8.
