Azura? Worse than Ninian. Tana/Cordelia? Worse than SCorrin. Camus? Worse than Olwen/Reinhardt. Lancina? Worse than Delthea/Linde.

The only reason to use lances are if you want to maximize your arena score, if you're running an armor team, or if you're running a flier team and don't have SCorrin.
