Theres nothing to teach really, Menat has bad matchups across the board.

this To add, you want to try to stay out of jump spam range since like the other anons have told you, menats anti airs are trash, trading with most characters or outright losing to others.

But if you just try to zone from full/mid screen you're basically chipping at their health(i.e doing no damage), the moment they get close to you, you might as well give up since all menat has at that point is v-reversal and ideally you want to save for v-trigger damage.
