Are you looking for Veeky Forums exclusive or just a decent guild? ARe you wanting to raid? and if so, what times are you available?
I know there are a few pretty fun leveling/pvp guilds. Not as many decent pve guilds, "Decent" to me being not super annoying or needlessly tryhard.
DBC has a decent reputation and has Veeky Forums people in it.
Triggered isn't as bad as the thread makes it sound but it's as clique'ish as MoH - possibly even more annoying as they're in denial about it. A little cringy with the /pol/ memes as well but that's whatever. Skewed young like MoH is.
MHGA is ok as far as leveling, but their future raiding is probably bleaker than Triggered.
There is a new one, Vicarious, that you should not join unless you're planning on fucking them over. Leadership are known scammers/ninjas, you can find plenty of posts calling them out on various server forums.

There are other NA guilds but I don't pay enough attention, sorry. I'd suggest avoiding Veeky Forums but that's just my opinion, and they're never that bad for simply leveling and trying to make friends. Past that is where the real issues are.

I didn't mention Iron Guard, which wasn't on purpose but I wouldn't advise that one either. Unless you REALLY want a /thedonald/ guild. It's memes come to life so if you're into that, then yeah. Also very very young people, similar to Triggered or MoH.
The biggest deal should be raiding times if you are wanting to eventually raid, at least in my opinion. I know I can stomach a lot of garbage if a guild is the only one that raids when I'm able.

I'll still try it, I love tbc too much and I'm burnt out on vanilla. But I don't have any hope for it and I know I'm going to get really annoyed when guilds expect everyone to have warlock alts for summoning, or paladin alts for buffing outside the raids.
If nothing else the launch should be fun, I like the chaos and excitement, even the laggy wpvp.

I'd like to do probs 2 days of raiding a week, preferably on weekends if it's NA times. If it's EU times the days don't matter to me.

Also I'm a Warlock, so unsure if there's any guilds looking for them in general (I noticed they're quite popular on Horde compared to Alliance).

I have awful memory so I can't list a lot of guilds that have those raiding times, but I know there are definitely more than a few.
has been raiding weekends, I want to say 10am PST (so uh 1pm EST) but I could be wrong, and that's honestly not an attempt at shitposting. I believe I read that they were switching the times up for their planned ZG stuff.
A lot of EU guilds raid at 19ish or 20ish server time, so you can calculate that to see what that would be for you.
If you haven't already, take a look at the elysium guild recruitment forum. Also a guild recruitment channel on the discord. And of course you can just read world chat and see who is recruiting - if they don't list times/days, don't be afraid to ask.
As far as warlocks, you're right that they're more popular on horde side, but they're still wanted. Each guild will be different but vanilla turnover is pretty high so most guilds won't turn people away.
(This is all kind of general advice so don't take it as gospel or anything, I think you'll be fine no matter what)

Moh is a mess but it's still very successful. They orbit around same 10 players 24/7 and it can get stale really quick. They know how to raid though and been doing ti a while.

Triggered is pretty new horde guild. Think they pugged MC with some other guild. Most of /elyg/ who don't want to roll alliance play there.

Iron guard Is 8ch/pol/the_donald guild that recruits from world chat mostly, but they sometimes come shill here for new members.
