These days I've been switching between Dorf and WC3. Some mates convinced me to pick up stellaris again, and gave me a list of mods that make it pretty alright. Dabbling in that atm.
This. It’s actually quite messed up and rarely addressed in the game.
Playan warframe still, and have class in the morning, so, if no update, no skin off my nose.
Just one less distraction if and when PoE drops
They are not bad, just useless.
In New Vegas SPECIALS are just flavor, they barely do anything.
In Fallout 1 and 2 you will feel that 1 less SPECIAL point very hard.

how hard is it to build specific SSRs? Is it a crapshoot like kancolle where you can be waiting months or years?
