DPK is easier to nerf than Sword
How to fix DPK? increase cost to 4pp? Remove face ping?
For sword what you can nerf? Perseus cost to 2pp? Round Table assembly effect changed to play 2 commander whose cost is 3pp or less?
there is no real need to nerf sword, except maybe nerfing julliet, if pdk is nerfed there will thrive a few midrange decks that can deal with aggro sword

Juliet is fine on her own, a Novice Tropper you can't buff with Palace Fencer on turn4/5 if needed
It's Round Table Assembly the issue with her, in Aggro sword it's 100% chance of having 2x Juliet+evo and god saves you if turn4 NEET

Aggro decks are the most boring archetype in any card game. There is no game plan aside from try to win as early as possible.

I'm surprised they made that card because she's basically a clone of Novice Trooper which makes her pretty boring but really strong for the reasons you mentioned. I guess they're just trying to make them the designated Storm class since it's been nearly a year since other classes have stolen their previous identity of board flood.
