So, and one of the problems
is that we all come from Veeky Forums, right. We all come from Veeky Forums with this
attitude of "I'm gonna meme how I want to", and that's healthy. That's
good. But the problem comes when you've got egos rubbing up against each other,
and between normal users this wouldn't really be an issue. But between
managers, when managers let their ego get in the way of their job, then
you've got e-sports. Then you've got instances such as me being shitlisted, and
there was a semi-legitimate reason for me being shitlisted, of course. I won't deny
that I did rake the leaf, but I view that as an act of civil disobedience, as I
said. And because the managers failed to remove themselves on my behalf when e-sports was going on.

There's an attack/defense level setting in 17 that's changed by double-tapping the D-pad up or down. +2 is the most aggressive setting, where nearly every player except usually one CB will get involved in the offense.

It's the 'attack/defence level' slider. It's a feature that use to exist for individual players in PES12 and PES13 to determine how offensive or defensive a player acts. Then in 14 they made it a slider for the entire time on a 0-20 scale where 0 is slurp and 20 is CBs playing as strikers. They removed it for 15 and 16, then it came back for 17 where it's now just a +1 or +2 for offensive or -1 or -2 for defensive. -2 makes everyone but the CF go back. +2 makes everyone but a CB go up.

was going on. But, anyway, when you've got these abrasive Veeky Forums personalities
of course there's gonna be e-sport problems, and when the managers are
subsceptible to this, you get height abuse. And it defines the character of the
cup, really, they're saying "I'm deciding which tactics are permissible
in the cup", so they're defining the character of the cup, they're defining
the growth of the cup - they have a lot of power and they take it too seriously.
And if we want to see the cup continue in the coming years,
and we want to see the meta grow and change - and like I said, if
something isn't growing and changing, it's decaying - so if we want to see that
happen, we need to remove managers. So this rant would be an appeal to lear,
it would be an appeal to Sou, to just clean house. Get rid of these guys.
We've had enough. We've seen height abuse, again and again, we've seen them
botch their management of the influx of new PES versions, and we've seen the 4cc
viewers, the total number of viewers, just decay over time over their care. And if
we go back in time and we look at what /merit/ used to look like,
way back when the cup was first created, Germanbro was very liberal in handing
out rigging. He would give it to pretty much any team that had been around for
any amount of time. Which obviously wasn't the way to go. And I think we've
seen /merit/ swing all the way in the other direction, which is to say they've been
very specific and very stingy with the rules of the cup, and I think it's
just a lot of favoritism and a lot of gay boards getting promoted, and it's kind
of this central problem with bias on the 4cc which is in reality, if
you test for hours, you will get promoted to Elites.

define the character of the cup. It shouldn't be this autocracy, it should be
democracy. I would say that the election of /merit/ and streamers should

short and just say, you know, how much are we going to put up with? And that's
just my appeal to the average 4cc viewer, so, yeah. And to the managers that I
