Not sure I just go Symmetra to fuck with Genji or DVA and to some extent Mercy. People seem to pretend she isn't a threat until its too late. If you are decent at flanking you can pretty much melt most of their team. Only Pharah, Monkey, and Reinhardt are annoying to deal with. If Symmetra's attacks were blockable I probably not play her.

People are trying to get the spray that forces you to play all of them. Widow and Genji are shit in this mode. I do agree they shouldn't do this on expert.

They can play normal, not Hard+ where the achievements are.

Genji is actually OK in that mode because he can get Dragonblade super fast and it makes quick work of bosses. But the Genji player has to be good. Most aren't.
Widow though, is completely worthless.

Lucio was and still is a must pick only at eSports level/ very high GM because he can only ever be utilised with speed boost at the correct time with appropriate teamwork. Otherwise Zen is usually the better sec healer, with some scenarios like Illios Well where Lucio keeps the cake.
Mercy is an objectively easy, objectively strong healer which is objectively better than all other healers, and make up for her slight shortcomings with a rez on cooldown. She heavily outheals, outdamages and outclasses Ana as prim healer, with no situation where she isn't a must pick at all tiers. No hero in the history of OW ha been so broken (Yes, I am well aware of launch Widow/McCree), but whaddaya know-she is getting buffed again on the PTR
