Usually resets happen at 9AM/4PM for weekly/daily stuff. Server times.

I've cleared shin ex multiple times now and there are two things that I've never gotten a straight answer on
1)What determines which DPS gets tethered to each? It's the same pairs every time(assuming nobody dies) for the same party, it's not party order or roles, is it max HP?
2) What the fuck causes judgement bolt to paralyze? Does it just randomly do that to force a healer to take esuna or what
