If I remember right the strat I used to clear the final Halloween fight the first year was
>Load Ushi, Asterios, and George into backline
>Make frontline support Lancelot with kaleido, a Medea, and a Hans
>First turn get Lance and Medea to to 100% with an arts chain or just leave the fight if you can't
>KoO with crit star gen buff and use Medea's NP to clean up Hassan, clear next wave with buffed lancelot crits, use CS to have Lancelot NP again while his crit star buff is still up, crit clear again and use Medea's NP once more for cleanup
>Tear chunks outta Tamamo as she whittles your team down and then just keep Ushi and Asterios safe via George so you can use your remaining CS to have them NP instantly and then pick her off in short order
