Drogoz has to dive the enemy team to get the kill and he can only apply the damage to one target. In the Kinessa situation, she can not only one-shot Barik, she can keep one shotting everyone else too because her ult doesn't stop on the first kill.

Well there was a massive Rejuvinate buff. Now it's additive.

Rejuvenate now stacks additively with healing reduction. So if you have Rejuvenate 3 (+30%), and you get Cauterize 3'd (-90%), the healing reduction is only 60%.

This is a big deal for the lategame.

I main frontline too, but I don't think I'm quitting, or at least I think it's too soon to decide that. I need to see those shield nerfs tomorrow and some various interactions, like Inara completly immune to caut with Earthen Guard and Rejuvenate. Who knows, maybe it's literally a buff for tanks and new Wrecker is a noob trap like the old aggression.

Front line will be stronger than ever, what the fuck are you talking about? With rejuv countering caut, it will be as important as ever so no one is going to take notaggressor over caut.
