What is this meme? The fact that she negates Fortify Dragons means nothing since Tiki doesn't even need it to counter Julia and the other Dragons all die to her with or without it anyways. The only thing that can make her become the true death of Dragon Emblem is if she is a very fast unit. If she's Julia speed or worse then Tiki will still be able to counter her like always.

It doesn't matter much since the dumbass A.I doesn't even know how to use it properly. It does kinda kill the viability of Dragon teams for Arena Defense though since a human player might use it to his advantage. Although it still depends on the speed, if she's below 30 than Tiki will still counter her no matter what.
