Chizuru's damage algorithm coincides with her barrage that stacks with Phantom Shadow. This means her damage stacks with every attack she uses after using barrage so she becomes a massive snowballer that rivals Orlandu in power. She hasn't been powercreeped at all.

Necrophobe is somewhat vulnerable to stun/interrupt, but with Atomos you can basically keep him locked down to not do shit the entire fight. With Tonberries, Halting Rumba is a pretty good choice on top of celerity abilities.
