Just made it to 24, what's the fastest way to plvl up with out spending money?
Is it better to play 2 master difficulty songs or many normal pro difficulty songs?
I've doing all missions + the free 50 stamina from the event but i just pull off 2 levels per day.

You don't get that many more at pro level, just do whatever maximizes the amount of stamina you have.
It just takes awhile to grind it out, you should get there in a month or 2 of playing. There's no real rush. the live party events let you sample the other songs anyways,.

No need to rush rank. If you can S score master songs do those until you get both event cards and then move to co-op so you can get some of the past event cards.

play songs>get token>use token to play event song instead of stamina

I'd recommend grinding Live Parades since you can play songs there for a lower cost, but one just recently ended and by the time the next one rolls around, you're probably already PLvl 50. A Token event should be coming along soon too so you might want to go all out there since the event song costs Token rather than Stamina.

In any case, you'd be at PLvl 50 before you know it. It doesn't take that long at all. If you're really in a rush. Use Jewels for Stamina Recovery. It's not like there's a shortage of it with how Chihiro throws out a shit ton of them for free all the time. But I'd save those for gacha rolls if I were you.

well, the thing is, once I log out of my JP account to make my purchase, I will have the "this game isn't available in your country" notification if I try to open the game page in my playstore, just like when I download the game through 3rd party.
hence why I need to log in again after the purchase otherwise I can't update my game
then again it might still detect my game as official or something, who knows.

It's not an issue of account region. The issue is people not being able to buy jewels if they installed the game through something other than Google Play. This is known as "Third Party Sources" in Android's settings (or at least it used to be).
Because you used Google Play, you don't have the problem.

I got the game from quoapp and can update and buy jewels just fine.

Just wanted to play the locked songs.
