So I am in this place called Khanda Vihar. I have already finished the main quest and I'm at HM 8 gunslinger with an ap of 697. This quest line wants me to go into this place called Skybreak Spire. Am I strong enough to go in there and if not, why give you a quest line that you can't finish so early?

The orange questlines are side stories, not mandatory

you need to find a raid group and they will tell you their requirements. generally any ap with 100k+ hp and 123% accuracy is enough to get run through by a bnsg group.
