Its actually intentional for the most part, 5*s have inherently better stats anyway, in some cases they give godlike skills to 3*s to allow them to compete

This is after he's stacked his NP twice as a note, which won't exactly be feasible every turn unless he's alone.

Every ST Quick NP has base 2000% and every ST Buster has base 1000% you idiot.

I mean how consistent is it for normal players?
It's kind of reliant on making an absurd amount of stars every turn and a lot of the ones in this clip were pretty obviously from 2030s.
A lot of guys have potentially high caps but what's more important is how easy it is to reach their peaks.

Now just imagine how much his buster would do with +100% Attack and 200% Crit damage.

No Tamamo doesn't count, she only has one support buff and her NP isn't as stackable.

He makes alot of his own stars, he does use quick cards after all.
The real issue is letting him NP everyturn, which needs a Waver/Merlin/Mash.

I'd love to see what he could do in a challenge quest though.

All these Quicks with fantastic abilities just makes me think DW has absolutely no plans to introduce a Quick Merlin. This is all like compensation to bridge the gap. Which of course is impossible because Merlin is basically perfect, but I respect the attempts.

As stackable you fucking idiot. Merlin doesn't need overcharge to get the full NP gain and heal per turn is usually more useful then one solid heal. Even the skill cooldown doesn't help spam her NP unless you have Waver/Merlin with her.
