(b) Filling support will actually matter for your team's shit draft?

If I get a retard draft like 2+ specialists with no damage, or 4 squishy assassins and bruisers who can't solo tank, then I'm going to pick something like an assassin or Anub respectively instead of praying a solo support pick actually changes things.
