I unironically played in a quickplay match that had people who were ranked bronze, silver, gold, platinum, diamond, and master all in the same lobby.

Timing,positioning and decision making.

You have to constantly switch between offense and defence according to what the enemy team does. Analyze your surroundings and choose wisely,track cooldowns and positions. Punish bad positioning but do not overextend. Plan your actions before you press buttons.

Tracer is a bit easier from this perspective as she cant really go defensive,her strength lies in absolute offense. Healers are top priority but harassing rein from behind is also welcome :^) . Learn the maps and healthpack positions because you will need it for blinking/staying alive. ALWAYS RECALL IF YOU SENSE DANGER and dont wait till you get flashbanged / killed .

Genji is a bit more difficult to play in this case as you really need to plan things ahead. Climb walls and constantly doublejump to gain vision of the enemy. Punish bad positioning as soon as you can. This is probably the greatest strength of genji. Patience is extremely important. Genji has the ability to apply a huge burst to the enemy in a second and it catches them by surprise most of the time. I highly recommend watching videos of shadowburn's gameplay as i find his playstyle rather unique and amazing. For tracer i cant recommend really anybody,they all play the same in my eyes.
