EO2U and EO5 are currently the only games with dlc. EO2U has some portrait dlcs and a class for free, and then a few bosses/equipment behind paywall, as well as grinding dlc. EO5 has only free portraits, I believe

Chain Killer works with Chain Double, so one proc is on average a ~1200% damage hit, which is totally worthwhile if you can consistently get it once per turn.

IMO you keep it at level 4 because you can't afford it otherwise. Level 4 Leading Blow + Level 9 Lash Out is a very consistent 1000% damage per turn for an average TP cost of 10.

It's 2x as expensive for 12% more damage. I don't personally see that as a good trade-off, but it's debatable.

If you were going to increase the level of something in this, it'd be Leading Blow to 10 for 1500% average damage per turn at a 17 TP cost. (or 9 for a 1300% avg.dam. at 14 TP).

5 hits is totally enough for Lash Out. That's 800% damage on a 4 TP cost, or 900% for 7, which is even more efficient than Reblossom Sacred Tetrad, the most efficient vanilla attack in the game.

You're basically never going to get more than 5 hits out of Last Out, you'd need Blood Wrath activations.
