When you build your offensive units, how do you do it?

Is it best to assume the unit will be targeting only other units it can ORKO and staying away from the rest? Or is it better to build it for the long run, by using skills that will not make it a glass cannon and will secure less kills in one round but more kills overall after a second initiation?

And it depends heavily on who you have.
Elincia is a fantastic candidate for Galeforce.
