No, it actually didn't work on Bluestacks for me, but on my phone I had no problems whatsoever once I found an actually active tavern

you can log into any region m8 since Nemsy is unlocked globally
my main account is EU but the gathering I "went" to is in Peru

you can log into any region but you're not very likely to find someone to play on NA in Hungary or someone from EU in Peru

Your account can access all' regions, just switch between them. Obviously if you're EU you won't have shit on NA or Cina, but once you go back to EU the Hero should be there.
