Summer Elise and Soren are about your only candidates.

Both are sort of Nino-lite though. Elise hits a little harder but has less speed, but otherwise is more or less exactly the same. Soren should be built to capitalise on his higher bulk if you're gonna build him, try to avoid making him a carbon-copy of Nino.
