In theory you can get any cards elsewhere, but I suggest getting the unavailable event stuff because your only other shot will be when the event rolls back. Shit like toon world and red eyes insight/spirit, even though red eyes got nerfed a bit.

Or just get whatever will fit a particular deck you have in mind
