Why didn't Capcom make a free Megaman X spoof game to promote MVCI? Would have been really popular and would have helped flesh out the attempt at story by showing another side of the world.

you have to take into account total playerbase, no one plays alex, he's a giant fucking meme, and ryu despite being at the bottom for characters representation at high ranks is by far the most played character, that is a problem
