Why isn't Seris good?

Terminus Devastation card doesn't work was I thought it would.
If you have four charges and shot a enemy that is super low on HP, your first shot will kill the enemy and will trigger the card effect.
After that, before your other three charges are shot, you will get the "four" charges back. But since you still have three charges on you, you will only get one.
You then proceed to shoot all your 3 charges what means that you only get one charge after all this.
Lo-Rez as expected.

She's good on certain open maps where you can easily target everyone. Also, people still don't know you can cancel your heal if there's another low target. So far I've only seen one good Seris in competitive.

Honestly I think it breaks the game. Some characters are WAY TOO GOOD with third person because they can cornerpeek all the time.

i agree with i think that hi-rez has no idea what they are doing and what direction they want this game to go in. with the increase of projectile speeds came the removal of positional and strategic advantages/disadvantages of certain champions and it changed the playstyles of a lot of champions, changing the game dramatically. this tells me that hi-rez really isn't thinking about champion roles and strategic balancing. they are prioritizing sucking money out of their players and catering to consolefags/casuals.

every good skin is limited to RNG chests. makoa still hasnt been nerfed. if a top tier skin comes out, the champion gets over-buffed and then over-nerfed in a patch or two. countless bugs that take ages to fix, fps issues, 3rd person, movement speed increases, faster TTK, tanks too strong. they just want your fucking money and not a balanced and interesting video game.

There's a difference between being able to cornerpeek occasionally and being able to do it all the time, though. Taunting cornerpeek has been a known thing for a while, but now he can just charge his arrows and just never stop doing it.
