The system does not only take wins in account. It's similar that that dream points or whatever its called that you can see on dotatv or how they calculate points for the player fantasy.
Stuns, heals, kills, deaths, farm and all that good stuff.

Why does ranked allow any modes other than captain's mode? The game is balanced exclusively around captain's mode, so allowing other modes results in MMR inflation.
