I have seen more Isekai I liked than I disliked, though. I can list 8-9 popular and new ones, the ones released after 2012, right off the top of my mind. If you're watching shit like the smartphone one, it's less fault of the genre and more of a shit story.

Isekai is a single trope. It's not even a proper setting. A highschool setting, for example, works as a setting because it's set in a highschool, which are all similar in nature. Isekai, on the other hand, is about someone visiting another world. The said world can vary to any extant. Log Horizon, for example, is a game world that came to life. NGNL is a world that turned into a game. Hataraku Maou-sama is about a Demon Lord coming to THIS world. They all vary a lot. At least the good ones do.

To hate everything that features a single trope you don't like is a bit reddit desu. Not to mention a lot of those are pretty popular, so dismissing all of them for just one trope is the very definition of being a contrarian. Because it's just a trope, even Fate, in some scenarios, is a Isekai show. You're going against everything by just hating the trope itself, because it SOMETIMES used in bad anime.
