You can buy (mostly) everything that comes from scratches in players shops in visiphone. Copy paste JP item names and search

Pow4 is easy enough, you could even make it fresh on the final affix and not have to risk anything. For Stat5s the only way to transfer them without having to rely on chance is with an Attack Receptor, you can get the item for that through SG Scratch.
