There was a group that tried to make a new guild a month ago, Narue nia was with them which I asume was a guildie of yours, however, their guild leader stopped disappeared right the next day, which killed most of theor entusiasm.
Right now I gather there are a handful of r/rog/ players in RE:tard, but most of them fear posting their IGNs because autism. last thread there was some talk about joining and making an actual group.

I hadn't played with Narue before and just came back this Monday to restart that's why I was asking for the other guild. Well, as I said, I still own the first restart guild, which was called Poring Slappers, we could gather everybody there for now.
I'm gonna do pasanas for half an hour since I'm still with the bubble gum I used after killing pharaoh (didn't get shit tho) so I'll pm you later and we can plan some stuff. I have a low lvl acolyte alt so we could do something.

Duh. Weapon penalties make Quicken and ASPD pots useless since they scale with ASPD, and the penalties are FUCKING HEAVY. -15 at 50 AGI and where does that take you? Fucking nowhere, I suppose.
But officials' aspd formula is pretty good. Maybe you should share your skill/stat build so we can tell you what the fuck are you doing wrong.
You're THE WORST person I ever heard of playing RO if you're strugglign with ASPD on Renewal. My 100 agi RK with one Bako gets 193 ASPD without Frenzy and potting agi food.
Give up on RO and go play PubG or something, this game is too complex for you.
