The Seraphs and the Lilith sisters who're directly working behind the scenes during the events of paradox as well as putting their own worlds in a good position before the end. They know of each other and are aware of true history.

Nero/Neris and Marcellus belong to this category but so little is known about them that it's hard to say where they fit in the grand scheme of things.

Promestein, the one manipulating events with the hidden laboratories and sending Hild and Lolistein to Luka's adventure to aid him. Beyond simply following true history, Promestein and her associates like La Croix are actively devising ways to slow and stop the chaos.
