The reason it isn't banned ia because if the weapob lock if you could sprint to mid and weapon switch it would be banned. That would make it very easy to abuse for speed bonuses.

They said twice it's supposed to be -25% heal rate while in reality is more like -75%

I typically exclusively just use the marketplace these days anyway. But in some ways it was a lot more fun actually trading with other players for stuff I wanted while playing.
